Savoring Savannah

FOR YEARS Savannah, Georgia had been on my list of places I really wanted to visit. Finally it happened! My wife and I spent three wonderful days in Savannah savoring the history, friendly people, sights, sounds - and especially the food! Plus, nearby Tybee Island, the eastern-most point of the state, was an extra bonus. The city and surrounding area went beyond our expectations. It was a delightful place to be, and passing along this good word is easy.
